As a seasoned Leader in food and beverage manufacturing Julio Martinez has helped many employees attain their career goals by setting up a path to achieving them. He has developed and coached hundreds of individuals into positions of management where they are earning well beyond $60,000 per year!
Julio Martinez has over 20 years in Operations Management experience. Julio's responsibilities include continuous improvement in critical corporate operational functions including overall results of large facilities that with sales of well over $500 million in sales. Julio has overseen all aspects of an operation from production, materials management, distribution, sanitation, scheduling, quality, R&D and Human Resources. Under his leadership, Julio has been instrumental in the timely start up of multiple USDA lines, serviced Fortune 500 companies, worked in union and non-union environments, led strategic planning, and process innovation and business reengineering efforts. He has implemented Six Sigma programs, Kaizen initiatives, Lean manufacturing strategies and Kanban systems.
Julio believes everyone has an opportunity for promotion regardless of being an entry-level employee, supervisor or manager. This online course was developed to help those employees driven to succeed, and willing to do what it takes to achieve a promotion regardless of where they work, and what position they currently hold. Julio's best advice is to "invest in yourself" and set your focus toward gaining upward momentum in your career.
