Julio's responsibilities include continuous improvement in critical corporate operational functions including overall results of large facilities that with sales of well over $500 million in sales. Julio has overseen all aspects of an operation from production, materials management, distribution, sanitation, scheduling, quality, R&D and Human Resources. Under his leadership, Julio has been instrumental in the timely start up of multiple USDA lines, serviced Fortune 500 companies, worked in union and non-union environments, led strategic planning, and process innovation and business reengineering efforts. He has implemented Six Sigma programs, Kaizen initiatives, Lean manufacturing strategies and Kanban systems.
